Executive Chef Corey O’Neil: Bronze for Best Chef

After graduating from California Culinary Academy in 2005, Chef O’Neil started working as a sous chef. He joined the Swinomish Casino & Lodge family in 2013 as executive sous chef. In March of 2017, he was promoted to executive chef and now oversees all culinary operations on the property! Chef O’Neil enjoys mentoring his team, while also learning new tricks of the trade from them.
