In honor of our Mardi Gras New Year Celebration, our December burger of the month is the Cajun Burger!

The Cajun Burger features a blackened patty, andouille sausage link, pepperjack cheese, roasted red pepper, lettuce, tomato, onion, and spicy mayo on a toasted kaiser bun.
