September means the return of football and the return of football food! What on earth is football food? It’s the right combination of specially made appetizers and entrées to fuel any fans appetite from the first kickoff all the way through the trophy presentation at the end of Super Bowl 51 (or LI if you’re into roman numerals).

The football menu this year at Swinomish Casino and Lodge is designed with these things in mind by our Executive Sous Chef Cory and features the following items:

Cheddar Jalapeno Corn Bites

Fresh Jalapeno and cheddar cheese coated in a crispy corn shell and served with Sriracha ranch.

Pete’s-A-Pie

Features hearty Italian sausage and freshly sliced pepperoni atop a bed of mushrooms, sliced cherry peppers, mozzarella cheese, and marinara sauce.

The 12th Man Burger

This monster of a burger features an 8 oz. beef patty, swiss and cheddar cheese, lettuce, onion, and tomato, a hash brown patty, fried ham, bacon, and a fried egg. It’s crafted with breakfast ingredients so you can enjoy it no matter what time the game kicks off.

The Hawk Dog

This foot-long hot dog is loaded with crispy bacon, cream cheese, caramelized onions and a jalapeno jelly made from a recipe passed down to Chef Corey from his mother.

Send your taste buds to the end zone of flavor with this hazelnut almond torte with milk chocolate icing and Nutella. (Gluten Free)
