13moons server Kiera began her first job here at Swinomish Casino & Lodge more than 4 years ago, but she’s now one of the friendly faces at 13moons. From the tasty food, to the panoramic views, to the family-like atmosphere, it’s hard to find a better restaurant to be a part of, Kiera said.  While mushrooms aren’t her favorite veggie, to say the least, she still loves the Marsala Mushroom Pork Chop at 13moons. The Marsala sauce with the mushrooms tastes out of this world. Not only does she stand by the food, but she appreciates working in an environment where team members support each other. “I love the people I work with. We all bond like a family up here, so it’s easy to get along with everyone,” Kiera said. She encourages new faces to stop by 13moons for an after-work drink, dinner or sweet snack. The bartenders make a mean berry, mint or cucumber mojito, so Kiera said it’s the perfect place for a refreshing summer drink. Make sure to ask for Kiera, and say, “Hi” next time you’re in!
