The October Burger of the Month at Swinomish Casino and Lodge is the Pub Burger!

This pub inspired burger features steakhouse mayo, lettuce, tomato, an 8 oz. grilled patty, aged white cheddar cheese, and Guinness braised onions, on a toasted Kaiser bun.

We sat down with Chef Corey to discuss the Pub Burger, and he said it’s the Guinness braised onions that make this burger stand out. Corey said, “I love the Guinness stout flavor, so it was a natural choice for a pub inspired burger.”
