Progressive Payouts Guidelines

Guest Guidelines:

1. Membership is free.

2. Guests must meet the minimum age requirement to participate.

3. All winners must present photo identification that is acceptable to Swinomish Casino & Lodge.

4. Guests winning cash or prizes valued at $100 or more must legibly complete a promotional prize form before disbursement of winnings. This does not include Promo Play winnings.

5. Guests must visit during the designated time frame(s).

6. Guests must be present to win.

7. Prizes are non-negotiable and nontransferable.

8. Promo Play will expire 14 days after activation.

9. Guests must earn 500 points to receive one drawing entry. No limit on entries.

10. Guests receive one free entry into each drawing.

11. Guest is responsible for inserting their Signature Rewards card into a slot machine to receive a free entry.

12. Current employees, agents, successors, or assignees of Swinomish Casino & Lodge or any promotional agencies involved with this promotion are ineligible to participate.

13. Swinomish Casino & Lodge reserves the right to use the winner’s name and likeness for promotional purposes without further notice or compensation.

14. Participation in the promotion is a gift to the guest and implies an acceptance of all rules.

15. Management reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time without prior written notice.

16. All decisions on disputes regarding these rules by Swinomish Casino & Lodge management shall be final.
